Sea Freight Settings
Overview
Sea Freight Settings is a configuration document that stores module-level settings and defaults for the Sea Freight module. This document is used to configure default values and behavior for sea freight operations.
Purpose
The Sea Freight Settings document is used to: - Configure default values for sea freight documents - Set module-level preferences - Define default behaviors - Configure system-wide settings
Access
Navigate to Sea Freight > Setup > Sea Freight Settings
Document Structure
The Sea Freight Settings document contains configuration fields for:
- Default shipping status
- Default service level
- Default container type
- Other module-level defaults
Configuration
Step 1: Access Settings
- Navigate to Sea Freight > Setup > Sea Freight Settings
- The settings document will open (there is typically only one settings document)
Step 2: Configure Defaults
- Set Default Shipping Status if applicable
- Set Default Service Level if applicable
- Set Default Container Type if applicable
- Configure any other default values as needed
Step 3: Save
- Review all settings
- Click Save
