Creating Warehouse Jobs

Basic Job Creation

  1. Go to Warehousing > Operations > Warehouse Job
  2. Click New to create a new job
  3. Select the job type (Inbound, Outbound, Transfer, etc.)
  4. Fill in the basic information:
    • Customer: Customer for the job
    • Reference Order: Related sales order or purchase order
    • Job Open Date: When the job becomes active
    • Warehouse Contract: Applicable contract

  1. Draft: Job is created but not active
  2. Open: Job is active and ready for operations
  3. In Progress: Operations are being performed
  4. Completed: All operations are finished
  5. Cancelled: Job is cancelled
